Thanks for purchasing our products at operated by Ideal Office Supply.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase together with the original invoice we posted. The product must be in the original packaging  that you receive it and untorn of black plastic bag in bubble wrap, unworn, unaltered, undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. It's might take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement / transfer to your bank account.  3% Handling charge will be imposed for the refund, including the cancel order because the order has been processed throught the payment gateway (ipay88 payment gateway incurred the processing fees).

If the product is damaged in any way (will email the damaged conditions), or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Return of defective product for warranty, the product must be in the original packaging with a photo copy of proof of invoice we issued to you. Defective item will be test and quality check, when product is confirmed defect, new and same of model product will be ship to you immediately.

Shipping charges for product to us is the responsibility of the customer.   


Warranty does not apply to cartridges that

  1. Tampered
  2. Incorrect handling / improper way of handling cartridges caused damage the cartridge such as Drop On The  Floor, Inserting or Pulling too hard in or out from printer
  3. Improper storage
  4. Operation outside of the published environmental specifications for the cartridge
  5. Exhibit wear from ordinary use
