Delivery Area

Please note that our delivery is ONLY within Malaysia. 

We do not ship to Postal Adddress, please make sure the receiver's name, contact number and delivery address are complete (including business name if delivering to a office address). You can also specify different delivery address while ordering and your order will be delivered to the specific address.

Delivery Method, Time & Cost

Delivery Service covers East Malaysia and West Malaysia and shipping fees will be charged with weight based shipping.

All orders normally ship out within 1 to 3 business days within Peninsular Malaysia and 3-10 days to Sarawak and Sabah. Delivery transit time will highly depend on the arrangement of our courier partner.

All delivery times listed above are estimates only, based on availability, processing time and our courier partner.

In the event we are unable to dispatch your order promptly or on the rare occasion that a item is unexpectedly out of stock or other factors, we will send an e-mail, text or call you as soon as possible to let you know the estimated time for delivery, allowing you to make alternative arrangements.

The dlivery costs is automatically calculated based on your state, city & area postcode & you can choose which courier service company you prefer & when on checkout, the delivery cost will be displayed in total cost.

How to choose a Courier Service company when on Checkout

Screen 1, after keying in the shipping address, the first listed courier service company showed on screen & you can click Change to selecet your preferred courier service company

Screen 2, use mouse up & down to choose your preferred courier service company then press Confirm.

Screen 3, After press Confirm, your courier service company selection is done & continue with payment (Place Order Now) then your transaction is complete.
